Guild Wars 2

The NPC that launches you on top of the tower in Diessa Plateau seems currently bugged.

I just completed the event with the cows, and every time I click on him I get a message saying:

“That content has been temporarily disabled. Please try again later.”

I also noticed this same message when fighting Champion Giants with grubs, attacking the grubs gave me the same message.

Bumped for a fix!

I don’t know if it’s been broken or not (there seems to be conflicting reports), but you’re supposed to interact with the cattlepult after the harpy event, not Mardine.

Mardine lets you place bets on how far the excess cows he has (after the defense event) will go, but it would seem as if the npcs that allowed betting have had that functionality disabled.

After all the cows are launched you should have to wait a bit then be able to use the cattlepult to launch yourself to the vista.

Yeah, I was able to use the catapult after waiting for him to launch all the cows. Thanks for the help. Got it
