During the Halloween event I turned in for the first edition of the book, then gathered all the pages for the complete edition. I had done it on my main and decided to do it for my alt on the last day. Just as I got the last page from the guy I get the message that the system would reboot in 2 minutes. I thought great I can turn in and have the item, however when I zoned it booted me, did the patch then I get back in and the NPC to turn it in at was gone.
I put in a help ticket to see if they would award it anyway, since I’d done all the work, but have not heard anything from the support team either way. Did anyone else have this issue? What was the resolution? Should I just delete these pages from my inventory and cut my losses or hold out hope that they will eventually get back to me?
Mad Memories: Complete Edition...a lost cause?
Maybe next Halloween? I don’t know what to say, I just made sure I had it on all the characters I wanted to long before the event was ending.
