I found that name(renamed to some random name) and description of my back item disapeared after today’s patch(2-3 am gmt+2). I’m attaching screen to proof that.

Many items were renamed after the patch. At this time, they are named from their stats, rather than their skin.

Well yeah, but this item had unique description and name that was originally now it is gone even after re-adding skin.

As did many, if not all, uniquely named items. If it is a bug, I am sure they will resolve it, eventually. If it is the new intended naming system, they may change it back, or they may not.
