Guild Wars 2

The Mad King outfit does not display as it should on one of my characters. Why this is is beyond me. Only effects my human mesmer. Displays correctly on all other characters.
Is there a solution for this?

it looks like your helmet is disabled, the check box beside you helm in the equipment tab. Not sure if its something else I may be overlooking, lmk if that was it.
