Guild Wars 2

This is a rare back item I got as a drop in a fractal, but I cannot seem to salvage it. I got another back item (a book of some kind I think) and was able to salvage that, but can’t do anything with this but vendor it.

I am having the same issue, but I now have 90 of them since I thought it was an amazing deal at around 4s each. I can’t salvage or forge them, and I held onto them them because it definitely seems like a bug, otherwise they will be rare max armor pieces that you can buy just above vendor price since.

So I will be keeping mine until it is confirmed as a bug or not.
