Guild Wars 2

So I was looking at my explorer achievements. Shiverpeak Explorer says I have 174/175 areas and Maguuma Explorer says I have 166/167 areas. Yet I have 100% map completion and when I manually check each zone they also say I have 100%.

I have already gone through and found the areas that have been added to the game after launch and I do not have any indication that I am missing any points of interest except for these two achievements. I have no way of finding out why these two seem to be bugged

Map completion and Explorer Achievements are different, and use slightly different areas in said maps.
