Guild Wars 2

Just had to quit a level 38 fractal because Mai Trin’s cannon phase was bugged. It seemed like it was starting earlier, maybe at 80-85% health, but Mai Trin never disappeared. She would run around and kill us during the cannon part and the cannon part wouldn’t end until we get Mai Trin down to 75% health. Horrik would disappear and stop firing his circles, so if didn’t have her shield buff down below 10, we couldn’t continue at all. The group finally had to disband because it was too hard to kill her and do the cannons at the same time.

We experienced this bug before. Our solution was to kill Horrick. This seems to reset him and she went back to normal. Took us a good 30 minutes before we figured this out.

I saw this happen the other day in a lower level fractal as well, one of the people in our party would stealth to res defeated players while Mai was still there, therefore disengaging from the fight and effectively not being in combat meant that her health would begin to reset. She would run around in the cannon fire phase as well, so like the poster above me stated, killing Horrick was the answer to resetting her (well, both of them, in effect).
