Getting all the “Enjoy your new wallet!” mails got rid of all the other mails in my inbox- some of which had items/stacks of carrots attached

Please respond I am sentimentally attached to my carrots

But also getting mail being removed without being prompted is lame and not supposed to happen

That definitely shouldn’t be happening!

Always a good idea to delete those kinds of mails as they come in. But hindsight, right?!

The problem is this time we got one mail per character, which means 5 new mails in a row if you log in all of them to join all the gold in the wallet (or to arrange the inventory as I did). You can of course have your mailbox completely empty but if you have 3 slots to prevent this kind of things, it is not enough. Hope they fix it, I also was emotionally attached to the 4 dyes my husband sent me and I had not time to retrieve because, silly me, I checked 4 of my character’s inventories first.

Most of my mail was deleted due to the patch. My oldest mail message, however, was not. So it cleared out newer messages before older ones.

Logged out last night with 51 of 10 mails. Logged in today with 10/10. Please say you’ll be restoring this crap!?

I lost my free lightning kite when I logged into my alts because of this. Is there anyway I can get it back?

just give Citri 200g+ item plus exp for survivor + item to summon carrot infinity

Did you submit a request to CS? You’ll not get individualized responses for such things on the forums.
