Hi, My mail icon is normal light grey color, but mail was being held back, and only after deleting some mail, did days old mail arrive. I only had about 4-5 mails in there from other players, and once I started deleting some of them, did new mail arrive. What is the limit of mail in one’s mailbox?

the hearts and story mail don’t count toward your cap.
in the mailbox you’ll notice it has a counter #/10 keeps track of all your personal mail once at 10 you wont get anything else till stuff is deleted.
