My guildmate tried to send me some T6 mats.
guess what, they never came!

i reported this in-game when it happend but im still missing that mail.
(it happend 2-3 weeks ago)

please take a look at this problem.

(my mail box was empty at the time)

You may want to check that your mailbox is not full. New messages cannot be delivered if the box is full. Try to delete some player-sent mails from your mailbox to allow the new message to be delivered.

He probably typed a similar name to yours and someone else got it. Someone randomly sent me some runes and sigils, so I sent them back he said it was an accident when I asked lol

we always rightclick to send mails.

Yeah, I’m thinking it was a case of “wrong address”. Someone once sent me a large batch of T6 mats too. Luckily for them, I was nice enough to let the guy know he’d sent it to the wrong person and mailed them back. There was easily 3g worth of T6 mats in the mail. XD
