I don’t seem to receive any in game mail from friends can other players when they send me things. Can you check it out please?

The inbox can only contain 10 items. Have you tried deleting all read mail? Maybe they are waiting for some empty room, and this seems to be the most common reason when players don’t receive mail.

Please inform us if anything changes.

Some of the special event letters fill up the private email of 10 letters too, but they don’t show up on the counter.

Hearts or exploration letters are ok. They are NOT private mails, so they can stay.
