Hi, has anyone else got this bug lately that you do not recieve any new annoucement mails like the recent finding the suspect mails? Just to be clear, I still get the heart completion mails but not the annoucement mail.

It was fine when weeks ago when I did get the Dragon Bash annoucement mail but after I get no more mails in my mail inbox. Sure I did get the suspect mails when I log in when the event started but it doesn’t save into my mail inbox.

I also starting to belive this has also affect the mail system (excluding heart completion) as a whole as I had recently bought some gem in the gem store but the item I’ve purchase has not show up at all. If I remember correctly any items you bought via the gem store you recieve it as mail?

I’m going to contact customer support just in case if it’s more that of a problem (I want to buy an item in the weekend sales before time run out) but I was wondering if anyone has this bug?

Also sorry in advance if this is not the right section (I was thinking this could of been an account issue).

Nevermind, it seen I didn’t delete the right mails. I got my items so disregard this topic.
