I sent a mail with materials to a guy who was gonna craft me something.
one of the ingredients i sent were the wrong ones, so he sent them back to me by replying to my letter.. i never got the reply.(these were expensive matts!)
when he had then crafted my item, he created a new mail instead of replying, and this time the item came through.
