I have two accounts, and was trying to send some gold to my character on my other account but it never got to me. Have done this several times but today is the first time it has happened. Tried it a few times and didn’t work at all even though it said “mail sent successfully”. Anyone else have this problem or something similar? Lost more than a gold. :/

Just tried this, no problem.

Altho i did have some connection problems about 2 days ago which came with the same problem but i also some other issues like huge delay and skills not working correctly. Guild mates didn’t seem to be having any problems.

Fixed this by relogging. ^^

I’ve been having similar issues. I lost about 100 pieces of jute I sent to a friend of mine, and another mail from someone totally different never reached me. Some mail seems to make it through, but not always.

I have tried re-logging, but the mail still never showed up.

EDIT: A little bit more reading and I think I found it. Have you tried deleting old mail from your mail box? mine was stuck at 9/10 and it was causing me to not receive any more player mail.

The usual suspect is a full mailbox. There’s a limit to how many messages you can have stored, and any new mail will get queued up until you clear out your mailbox by deleting mail.

And when will the “full mailbox” get repaired?

I’m talking about the 4 month old problem that system messages (like event or dungeon announces) will count towards the 10 messages limit as in causing queuing, but will not count for the “your mailbox is full”-counter.

Thats why so many people appear to have missing mails, not because they didn’t look at the warning, but because the warning / counting is broken.

Please create a consistent behavior, either exclude system messages from BOTH counters (warning and queue trigger) or include them in both.
