Hello,
I’m trying to mail things to my wife, who is on a different computer with a seperate account. When we mailed things before…. IE a week+ ago, things went through fine. However the past 3 days I would send things her way and nothing is being received on her end…. Is this a known issue? something we can fix? Are all of the things I sent her lost? wtf…..
Whats up!? Please Help!

I’m getting this as well. I’m sending my boyfriend (Elithril.8630) in-game mail and he’s not receiving it however when he sends me mail I receive it fine. This has been an issue since yesterday (09/09/12).

I have posted both items and just blank (or gibberish) messages.

Don’t forget to delete your old mail. If your mailbox is full you won’t receive any new ones until you clear it up. After you delete some, the new ones will be received automatically.

Also double check the recipient before you actually click send. I’ve had issues where my mouse will scroll over another player and the recipient changes to the random person that my mouse went over.

You can only have a max of 10 mails from other players. This doesn’t count mail you get from Hearts and personal story etc.

Edit: not having any problems with mail.
