My poor, poor Sylvari female!

I bought a Total Makeover Kit that made my glow disappear. I WAS refunded, and bought another Kit to use when they get fixed. (This is a well-known bug). But it also messed up my EYES! They no longer look the same direction. Has anyone else noticed this? Look closely…

Opening the new Kit, my glow slider IS all the way off. And my eyes look FINE in the Kit Preview. But I don’t want to commit to my changes until I hear that the bugs have been addressed. ANet, won’t you PLEASE tell us when fixes are made?
