Location – South of Garden of Ilya, between the Valley of Lyss and Karst Plains

There simply IS NO NPC that starts the skill challenge. Up on that wall kind of thingy.

It’s been like that for days now, he only appears soon after an update is launched, becasuse it seems to me that all “events” restart when that happens so it works on him aswell. My friend finished it yesterday morning (EU) after the update, but within an hour till I got there he was gone. And still gone, I checked many times since.
