Just took a stab in the dark, and it is up on Ehmry Bay, just got it. Heading back to my home world now

Moved to Malchor from Straits where was a bugged SP just to find another bugged SP here…

Ehmry Bay confirmed as working. Just done it 30 seconds ago, super easy to transfer server and back as well btw, takes only 1 min each way so do not despair.

Ehmry bay not working, you need to be very lucky to come when reset :P

Just got this on Mugumm , I know I didnt spell that right but you cant confuse it with any other server. , also anet hates me. 3 days and 8 server hops to find this skillpoint , what do I get for zone completion , 20 lemongrass

Was just here with several other ppl on Stormbluff Isle and the bow was no where to be seen. One person said it was up earlier, but it keeps disappearing. I thought this was supposed to be fixed after the update?

I’d love to know how hard it is for a NPC to spawn? Just curious, cause ANet has about a million NPCS that are spawned. But this one?

I think a lot of us are feeling this. The Looah SP is now up(forever how long until it gets broken) so this is the last one in the region.

Someone did say that the server Kaineng has it up and running so you might Xfer over. personally I can’t/won’t due to being on a high pop server, i might not be able to get back

Kaineng’s is bugged, don’t bother. (sigh) Last thing I need for world completion too.

Has anyone even stopped to think that maybe some of the SPs aren’t bugs, if the NPC is not present except after a reset. Maybe it was made that way, hence not broken, no need to fix it, getting 100% WORLD completion does give you something that is a requirement for legendaries, and why would that make it that easy for WORLD completion. Personally I don’t think it’s bugged, I think it’s working as intended, if you aren’t in the lucky group that gets it right after a reset, well guess you’re going to have to wait until next reset.

It is obviously a bug, people were able to get it a week ago, then something broke it again.

Bugged on Kodash EU also.

It is annoying if it is that last point you need.

Bugged on Sea of Sorrow as well

Bugged on stormbluff isle also. Another SP in straits of devastation bugged there as well, which stops you from completing 2 adjacent maps >_>

Still Bugged on Isle of Janthir. Been waiting about a week now for this to be fixed so I’m able to get world completion this is quite the annoyance.

It seems any skill point involving Orrian Spectral Weapons are bugged because the Maze one in Cursed Shore is bugged as well yet you can see the Hammer lying there….

Also bugged on Underworld EU

What Fanboy Logic are you using to reach this conclusion? It has been proven just in this thread alone that the skillpoint works on some servers long after a reset and on others not at all. I was on my home server in the exact location when servers were reset for one of the patches , upon login there was no NPC still. This is bugged , get over your fanboy logic and accept it.

Been 2 days and still no fix on Yaks.

When do servers reset then? 3am? (eu)

Still bugged on Gunnar’s Hold (EU). I’m amazed with all the views on this thread that no dev has seen or replied to it. It’s stopping hundreds of people getting world completion.

Day #9…

I have camped out above bayt Fallahin for over a week now.. My rations are nearly gone. I fear if I leave and return to camp, I may find it corrupted by risen. The time spent clearing it out is of concern.. What if the skill challenge that I oh so need appears during that time?

I will wait it out, in hopes of finally conquering the world…

Went all to the east, and to the west, and to the south.. Could not find anything. Looked on youtube and found the following:

As you can see – It is above ground at 11 minutes in. An orrian bow…

Agree Warboss. I think Tron may be talking about the one west of Daric’s (sp?) waypoint. It’s underground, entrance to the west.
