The nose pushes through the mask. That dot is permanently visible and grows even while moving. Please fix that. I paid money for it.

Theres a metal part of the mask below the nose which is okay. But the bigger dot is the nose which is now at the smalles visible state.
Can you fix that, or is it too complex?

As long as someone is actually watching now; I mentioned it before and it appeared to get ignored, but as you can see in that same screenshot the medium Kodan chest piece belt area doesn’t dye properly. It switches color half way across.
You can see that it’s all black toward the front, but suddenly switches to white as it goes back.

Yeah I bet it won’t get fixed. My report about a hole (seethrough hole) for sylvari racial armor didn’tget fixed also.
So I try to ask again, hoping for an answer. Is this fixable and will it be fixed? There are no nice headpieces for rangers except this, so this rather makes me annoyed!

In addition to this mask, the Severed Breach mask still has the nose shoving through on female human. Sometimes it is worse than this screenshot shows and is nothing but a large white protrusion…had my mask white for a long time just to hide it/make it less noticeable.

Ethan, you might consider this mask also if it gets fixed, but even if it doesn’t, it’s still a real nice mask I use on my rangers.

This happens with other masks as well, like the “PvP Outlaw’s Mask” (i don’t know the pve name). But this does not occur with every face, only with certain ones, like some faces have a longer nose.

True, though face selection and nose tip length during character creation shouldn’t have any relation to this issue if those who were responsible for mask coverings had done them logically with the foresight to consider that this may become an issue. Just as some helmets completely remove an Asura’s ears (which disgusts me) (and other armor items with other body parts) to prevent clipping through the item, masks should remove noses from even displaying just for this exact reason. So much of the clipping seen with body parts clipping through armor items could be eradicated simply by having the item hide whatever part of the character model it is in contact with, as almost all mmorpg games in history seem to have done.

A lot of masks do this. Especially with eyebrows and eye spacing. I’ve had to buy numerous makeover kits and adjust my characters face to fit inside the confines of the headpieces. Aetherblades helm I had to lower brow thickness, eye spacing, bridge width, and nose length

So basically you had to buy makeover kits and pay money to mend anet errors. Wow. The lack of perfectionism of anet guys is upsetting. But hey don’t worry to console yourselves you can always buy the new awesome panda/bear/quaggan hats!

I bet anet isnt aware of this, and i find it lousy we still have no dev answer, seriously. Was that “post a picture”-post a joke? What do I do it for if it isn’t reviewed?

Thanks but I’ve ralready checked lal headgear, the one I use fits best to my outfit.

Maybe one day, who knows
