Guild Wars 2

Well I bought a new guild war 2 account and when I press M to see map I don’t see any map completition tab at the top left corner. I even created another new character, also in my other account I did the same created a new character and when I press M I could see map completition tab without problem. Any idea on what’s wrong guys? Here is kitten

It is not a bug. Map information is unlocked at Level 15 (Account-wide).

Yeah, you aren’t supposed to know about map completion until that level. After you unlock it you will see them on any character. (yay, dumb NPE strikes again… :P)
