When i open World map, i don’t have map completion bar, why ? how i can activate the bar ?

If your account is new, you won’t be able to see it until your character is level 15.

Yes, due NPE you are not able to see map progression until you reach that level. Check this for more info http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Level_rewards.

(in other words, the game thinks it’s too overwhelming for you to know about map completion… yay du*** NPE strikes again…)
