Map Completion Not Awarding TC
You are only guaranteed Charges for city map completion. All other maps give a chance at Charges, or Keys, or whatever.
I spent ages yesterday completing the Hirathi Hinterlands map on Piken Square, only to find that there were no Transmutation Charges in the completion reward chest. I thought that we got these charges for completing every map? Is this WAI?
