No, this is not another post complaining about the bugged map completion rewards.; it is a post to inform all of you disgruntled players of ArenaNet’s response. I posted this in the massive 11 page thread (probably more by the time you read this), but it just got lost in the sea of complaints.

Hopefully this would reach more people and would help quell the NaCl building up.

Can’t find it anymore. But I read on reddit few days ago that something would come today, monday for the issue.

That was a separate issue regarding people whose map exploration progress reset or regressed.

Which means those of us whose progress is blocked for collection items are still out of luck and have to wait maybe another week for an update, or a fix at all.
