Yesterday I finished Timberline Falls, but when I check Shiverpeaks Explorer, it said I had not discovered “The Foundation Stones” despite having the waypoint unlocked, going to the location, and running all around. Is this a common problem and is there a way to fix it?

Map Completion and Explorer are two different things to achieve.

Make sure you have discovered Foundation 86.

Also, sometimes the lists for achievements don’t match the areas, so if you are missing any areas in The Shiverpeaks, you might try these:

I have thoroughly explored the area, I do have Foundation 86 discovered. When I got into Shiverpeaks Explorer in the Achievement tab, everything under Timberline Falls has a green check next to it except Foundation Stones, despite my extensive walking around. I’ll give it another go, but I don’t think I missed anything.

I had this issue too! Shiverpeaks Explorer said for the longest time I was missing a location, but I still got the achievement when I finished the Central Tyria map completion.
