Simply put, i had 2 rare items in my inventory. To simplify, call them item n.1 and n.2

I decide to sell Rare item n.1, sold for highest bid price, all fine.
But it’s not all fine, because TP actualy sold the OTHER item i was about to sell next, item n.2, for the price of n.1

So the marketplace autopicked a DIFFERENT item than the one i chose.

Now inb4 someone says you might have just missclicked, i’ve checked the prices, the item n.2 had HIGHER bid, but was sold for exactly the highest bid of item n.1

This has happened to me before, but i just thought i wasn’t paying attention. This time i was paying attention and whoop, TP messed up.

Any idea devs?

if you right click and select to sell an item and the TP opens at the sell page, and you then select the other item it can cause what you are describing.

what it basically does is keeps the item you have selected to sell then puts that with the value of the next item you later chose (it wont sell for lower than highest bidder of original item to my knowledge), I know of someone that accidentally sold a precursor for highest bidders price rather than what he had planned to sell it for because of this.

did you put in a bug report in game when it happened, or contacted support with times and names of the items so they can track what has happened easier. I don’t believe its possible to get any of your items back or sort out the prices as someone else has them now but it should help fix the issue one day.

I also figured that would cause it. Sometimes when right clicking an item to sell on TP, it just opens the regular sell page and the bug occurs when you select an item other than the one you right clicked.

I didn’t report ingame since i just lost a few silver but yeah, if this is more common than i thought, i wonder why it’s still happening.
