Bumping to make sure devs see the thread since I posted this early morning.

Yup it is zero now. Thank you for the players you were able to discover the bug.

I have finished Master Carver title on halloween
and currently have the title.

After the Flame and Frost prelude update,
pumping carving achievement has reset and achievement point lost.

However I still carry Master Carver title.

Same here.

Isn’t the first time achievements bug out after a patch, took them only a few hours to fix it the last time so I’m not to worried about it.

Title still works but the bar is at 0

I completed all of the halloween content back in october 2012, I gained both titles Master Carver and Emissary of the Mad King.

After the January 28th patch I stumbled upon the special events achievements and noticed that my Master Carver Achievement had been reset to tier 1 and yet I still was able to select my title from the title menu.

In the screenshot below you can see my current title is set to Master Carver but my achievement for this is reset. Please can this be fixed, as I was fairly proud of my completion of all 3 special events achievements.

Same here. I want my master carver title :|

i lost the achievement too.

you will still have the title.
There are other minor bugs in the game that affect you more then this little problem displaying something wrong in your achievements.

And this one is known allready so please use the search before posting something like that. Takes 10 seconds to do so.

Master Carver achievement shows that it hasn’t been completed (which it was) and I still have the title gained (both shown in attached).

Why ArenaNet Reset My Pumpking Carver Title from Hellowenn Event? Anyone have same problem ?

Adding myself to this. The Pumpkin Carving achievement has been moved to the bottom of the Special Events achievements list, AND even though I had completed Master Carver, it is now completely empty (0/1).

I was looking through my achievements when I noticed that the achievement for pumpkin carving was gone. I still have the title to show that I did complete it but it’s weird that it took my achievement away.

I just noticed, that my ‘’ master carver’’ title has been reduced from finished, to 0/1 under special events, now when I click titles on the left, I have the master carver title, and I can also display it, because i finished ALL special event achievements on halloween and wintersday, but, for some reasom I can display my master carver title yet i has 0/1 instead of completed…must be a glitch with the new update

There are other threads about this already.

• Developers have acknowledged the bug, no ETA for repair.
• It’s cosmetic only — everyone still has their same level of progress (and, as you noted, you can still display the title if you earned one).

Just to add to this.

Pumpkin carving has reset to 0/1, and achievement points earned have also been removed from the point total. (as if it was never done and no points gained)
Master Carver however is still showing in the title drop down menu selector.

Yup I was going to post this but obviously not just me. Lets hope they can sort it, took me ages that did

Noticed the same thing here, also have title.

This isn’t a big deal but I just noticed today that my pumpkin carver achievement tracker reset to 0, yet I still have the title? Any reason or fix for this? Thanks!

It’s a known bug from the 28th Jan patch. ANet have said it’s primarily a display bug. You have a the progress, and you still have the title. They’re aware of it and it’ll be fixed later I’m sure

So when the holloween events were up I got the pumpking carving achievement. The achievement being I believe carve 150 pumpkins. I have the title just in my hero tab it says I have 0/1 of tier 1.

I have the title so I do not really mind that for what ever reason the tier got reset but I just thought I would report it. See the screenshot attached.

Just wondering if anyone else noticed their Master Carver achievement progress not showing up. Not sure if I got the points taken away, just a little something unmajor I noticed.

it’s NOT just a display bug, as the achievement points awarded for completion have been removed.

After doing pumpkin carver on halloween, i attained the Master Carver title and the acheivement. However, upon checking on my acheivements panel tonight, I noticed that Pumpkin Carver is Empty, showing no acheivement, yet I have retained my title of Master Carver. What is with this?

so is it gona be fixed ?

Read the ANet reply, it’s a display problem, you have not lost it.

Same problem here, know Anet knows about it just want to be included among those who have lost the progress bar.

Known bug, asked the mods to merge this post with one of the other threads. You still have the title, and you can’t advance the achievement right now so it’s primarily a display bug.
