The game tells me to unlock the Exalted tier 1 mastery to continue the story while i’ve allready completed this. This happened to when i reactivated the story step after going back to some earlier instances to get some achievements. Anyone else experiencing this or got a workaround?

Happened to me too.
In case you still need help: Leave and reenter the map. This should update the story step so you can enter the story instance.
