While attempting to craft bags and looking to purchase Runes of Holding I noticed that the Master Tailors in Lion’s Arch were not selling them. I checked all three in LA: Giita in Western Ward, Keinan in Postern Ward, and STITCH-3488 in Fort Marriner. I also checked in Rata Sum (Rikkta). A guild member mentioned they could buy them from their Master Armorsmith and I confirmed that there was another tab in those Master Crafter’s sale screen. Attached is a screen shot of Giita’s “2nd” bag slot, which should be for runes, but is the kits & tools. I also have a screen shot with Hamil, Master Leatherworker in Western Ward, showing an extra bag of items for sale (the 2nd one is for Runes).
