Heyho,
a few days ago I noticed that the Rata Sum and Lions Arch respective Master Tailors dont have the Runes tab if you want to buy some Runes for inventory bags. I didnt look for other Tailors, but I suspect they are all bugged.

No idea why you dislike people with light armor so much, but now its getting weird. :P
