I just got my Master Dragon Hunter title but I am unable to use longbow. What am I doing wrong? Is this a bug?

You must activate your Elite Specialization in the third (bottom-most) slot to be able to use the Elite Specialization weapons.

Wrong panel — use the second one from the top — build; choose Dragon Hunter on the third trait line (you can’t choose it on the first two).
