These are given as rewards for many personal story missions, including post-level 60 ones, yet whenever I try to use one of these tools on anything above the Silver-ore level, they only produce ruined chunks. I’ve submitted multiple bug reports on this matter and have received no response and my tools have continued to ruin materials. If this is not a bug, then I would ask, why are these tools given as personal story rewards in areas of the game where they will clearly be useless?
