Once completing the Maguuma Mastery Insight in Auric Basin Southwest of Arrowhead vale, the insight allows you to keep communing. No additional mastery points are earned, but it doesn’t show as completed and the Commune action remains viable.

Interesting, it definitely didn’t have this bug when I was there a couple patches ago. Although it did have a misleading name assuming this is the one above the Fallen Masks adventure.
