I sent this to support initially, but was told to post here for assistance. I have 3 mastery points which never got applied, from personal story achievements. Prior to the HoT upgrade, I had done some of the personal story. My understanding was that those achievements would apply the mastery point awards when activating HoT. I received some but again, did not get 3 of them.

Is there any way those can be reviewed on the account and get those 3 missing mastery points back? Just as a note, I have not unlocked the mastery tiers, since I’m still working on personal story completion. But, I have received mastery points from my last few personal story achievements so I know it is working correctly.

If you are referring to The Living Story Season 02, you have to complete every achievement in an episode to receive 1 mastery point for that episode.

Which achievement did you complete which should have given you a mastery?
You should list them so Anet can investigate those specific achievements and see if there is a problem or not.

If you are referring to the Core Personal Story, do be aware that one can only earn 8 total points from the Personal Story. One for each 10-level arc; i.e. 1 for the L10 arc, no matter which race or choice in the arc, 1 for L20 arc, 1 for L30 arc, no matter which Order chosen, etc., etc.

As noted above, if you post which Mastery Point you have not received, help may be forthcoming.
