Some of us got stuck in a match about 2 hours ago. We were finally out and now it says ‘Match is in progress’ for 2 hours and we can’t join queue.

I would like to play at some point tonight please?

Same bug. Also about 2-3h ago. Cannot join new games due to “match in progress”. GG.

Same, was with OP in that match and i also cant que.

…and I still can’t queue. Can you please sort this out? You have patched the game twice since it happened and it still hasn’t been sorted.

Problem remains, all the members of that game still cannot que.

I can queue now, don’t know if I can get into a match though, so far 20mins in q.

I have also sent a bug report through ‘Support’

I was able to play only 2 games since patch in ranked or unranked. Anet pls …

i had this problem and now i can queue again but the queue goes on forever. I had a queue time of over 30mins….

But … you should be able to get playing again by completely logging out of the game for 10 mins. This should reset things such that you can queue and play PvP again.

I submitted a support ticket instead and found no luck of a fix, would like to request my stuck queue to be fixed also, been way over 30 hours that I have been unable to PvP now, really annoying …

While in a match when the new build message showed we got stuck in the map after the match was over. Exited the game to patch up and when I came back we had the “Match in Progress” message. I left HotM, logeed out for over 10 minutes and now the Match in Progress" part is missing and I can join Hot Joins but Ranked and Unranked keep giving me the Abandoning Queue message like when you leave or lose or add a party member.

The same thing that happened to Shadow happened to me, same issue, can’t get the queue to work.

Got this Bug since 3 weeks now. “You are still in a matchup”

I can’t play unranked/ranked Games since then. Already contacted german support 3 weeks ago, but they couldn’t help.

Hopefully it will get fixed before HoT…

I have the same problem. I think it happened 3 or 4 days ago. I reported the bug in the in-game support option. Issue still continues.
