I noticed a problem that happens to me when I attempt to obtain any materials on the maps of the game. For example when i try to obtain materials from a tree on a map any I see in the right corner that i got 3 materials of this tree But when i open the bag of char didn’t appears there is nothing of such 3 reported materials Traduza
And only after a few more trees is that i appear in bag a 2-3.

This also happens to me on the Hot in dragon slides for example with any material that i try to get there in this map And it happens in all char of my game account on any map in the game.

Is this a bug or some patch changed the way things work now?

You could try a -repair of the client. Support – Search – Repair.

Also, make sure you aren’t using ‘Deposit All’.

I installed the game again before starting the setup.exe file after deleting everything. And the bank of materials is full.

You can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link and ‘Submit a Request’ for assistance.

Make sure you are using a gathering tool of sufficient rarity, as well. Make sure you don’t have a Materials bag, and it’s closed in Inventory, or at the bottom of Inventory.

LOL I found that this only works well if i do click with the left mouse button on top of the materials that appear in the right corner.

Yes there is – Autoloot: Autopickup.

In the options window, top tab, second tick box from the top.

This option was turned off in the preferences, now everything is working as it should be .
