Guild Wars 2

So I’ve had Maw twice in two weeks bug out on me, I didn’t receive my 20+ chest both times.
I crated a thread earlier thinking maybe it was only 20+ that was bugged, but I just jumped into a guild group for 10 daily and again, didn’t get my chest after Maw.
All 3 times there’s been someone dead at the end, I was thinking that maybe had something to do with it. But all three times, everyone else in my group got their chest but me.

I done my dailies yesterday and it’s as if they haven’t reset overnight.

Please include the following info and perhaps we can help.
Your personal lvl?
What time server time did you do your daily?
List of fractal lvls you ran in order.

So far all people in groups that didn’t get a chest were easily explained due to the new tier lvls and their personal lvls.

1-9
10-19
20-29, etc

If your lvl is lower than the tier you are doing you will only get chest that you are eligabke for. Ie if you do lvl 20 but personal lvl < 20 you get 10-19 chest for the daily and can’t get it again until after server reset which is 0:00 UTC.

I can’t remember which fractals or at what time, I know it was during midday though.
My personal level is 26, I ran both a level 21 and a level 16 and didn’t get a chest for either. Both end bosses were Maw.
