Certain medium armor clips on the right shoulder now when drawing a staff or hammer as a thief or engineer, I am fairly certain this did not happen before the Raid patch. It seems like the armor is stretching through the skin rather then over it like other armors will. Armors I have noticed it on are the human T3 “Assassin’s Coat” and the “Whisper’s Secret Longvest” I’ve included pictures of the assassin’s coat as it’s what I am currently wearing
