is missing from the game… I really liked the fact you could monitor your guild by seeing that a member has not logged in for 1 day/1 week/ 2 weeks ext… This is a great tool to keep population control on your guild. Specialy since we have to pay for a bigger guild.

Maybe you can put it in the Roster page and add a tick in the column filter. please help us maintain our guilds a bit better i have heeps of members not online as do im sure lots of other guilds never knowing if there real members anymore.

Definately something i’d like to see in the roster, a way to see how long people have been offline/not representing.
It helps to manage the said Guild population and not having it turn the people into numbers.

off/online is on highest demand in my opinion but it would also be nice to see if someone hasn’t represented in quite some time.

I honestly don’t really care about the number of players in our guild, i’d rather have room for people who actually participate in the mini community we’re building in the guild.

Yes a day counter would be of great help. We also need a guildhall. Hard to recapture the feel of guildwars without having our own private place to meet, goof around and shoot the kitten!!

I imagine a guildhall being the hardest thing out there to balance with the merchant/ traveling issues they still need to solve..

First i imagined that free travel was the problem, similar to the Heart of the Mists which circumvents the costs to get to lions arch.

but if you replicate a stone like the HoM transportation stone that takes you back wherever you used it last, sold by a similar (karma) vendor to gain access to your guild hall (GH for short) that wouldn’t be much of a big deal. Just double click to go to the hall you’re representing at the time and have a good time right?

But then there’s also an issue with merchants and banks.
If they do decide to implement GH’s, it shouldn’t be used purely for the purpose of “summoning your bank” because that would render a lot of items/ services, whether paid or free, useless.

Those two reasons alone give me a headache when trying to think of a solution, and i bet there are more issues i haven’t seen.

But I’d love to see the guild halls make their comeback here in Guild Wars 2 because it’s something that makes Guild Wars “Guild Wars” in my opinion.

I bet they’ll think of something.

EDIT: srry, anyway, back to OP’s topic.

EDIT: srry, anyway, back to OP’s topic.

I cannot remember where I read it perhaps on these forums , but anet did state that guild halls will be implemented at a later date.

To the OP I agree , we need to know when people have or haven’t logged on to hereto manage guilds. If you can track members logging in for influence reasons I’m sure it could be used for this.

Always in all ways

with a full 500 members we really need this in our guild, we have lots of people who want to join and lots that have stopped playing but with so many names its almost impossible for us to keep track.

Also for the guild hall its easy to implement and balance have the only way to get to it be through a guild portal in each of the main cities

I agree this is an absolute must, I am kind of shocked it was not put in up front.
