Mender's Purity Puts Mantra of Resolve on CD

Repro steps:

1) Equip any healing skill, Mantra of Resolve, and Inspiration specialization with at least Mender’s Purity unlocked. Do NOT charge Mantra of Resolve.

2) Use your healing skill

3) Mantra of Resolve should now be on cooldown. This occurs even if the skill is already on cooldown – it’ll be set to full cooldown again.

Confirmed, it seems that the trait “triggers” mantra of resolve and puts it on cooldown.

Due to this the mantra is about impossible to recharge now during combat as its cooldown is reset each time i use my heal skill.
