I’m having the same bug.
I’m having the same problem.
The point on the map isnt exactly. Just go behind the ship, there you can find the point.
You have to go in the water and kill two mobs to complete the abiltitypoint

Confirming pustekuchen.2193’s edit — I didn’t get the skill point for killing the Brood Mother – had to kill 2 drake hatchlings too, then I got it.
This is still bugged on Henge of Denravi and has been for over 12 hours.
Solved this issue …
Just before you reach the ship, look to your right and there’s a rock sticking out where a drake hatchling gets stuck. You can see it of you hold CTRL
Kill this and you get the skill point.
This is still bugged. The broodmother and hatchlings are green and won’t engage in combat. Killing the nearby grubs and Veterans didn’t make a difference.
Same bug. Only skill point I need for map completion -.-

I had the same issue, they were friendly and couldn’t do anything. I started killing everything in the water and after a few respawns the mom and kids became hostile all of a sudden. I killed them and got the point. Just swim around the ship and kill the drakes, something will trigger the quest.
