AHH – When I make clones on my mesmer (who is wearing a costume) the clone appears in his regular gear not the costume. Is this intended? or is it a bug? makes it super easy to tell the real mesmer.

Yes. when a Mesmer is wearing the outfit in battle, the clones and illusions copy the armor not the outfit

I’ve had a similar issue with my Dwanya backpiece. Was pvping and when downed my self did not have the backpiece but my fake did. :/
