Swap (Sword 3), The Prestige (Torch 4), and Decoy are all instant cast skills but cannot be cast while another skill or action is channeling, or else the channeled skill/action will be interrupted. Decoy and Swap will interrupt the current cast while The Prestige will not activate at all.

Not sure how to interpret your post, you say that those skills cannot be casted when channeling, but then you say it interrupts the channel.
In any case im pretty sure stealth skills interrupt channeling skills by nature to ensure you stay stealthed. As for illu leap, idk.
As Logi said. When using instant-stealth it’s only natural that you don’t continue with your channelled skills.
As for Swap, it worked on release, so I suppose it has intentionally been nerfed.
I’ve activated blurred frenzy, then swap, and it’ll continue to do blurred frenzy at the new location.

Edited for clarity. And healing/channeling mantras/stomping will be interrupted as well, so if it’s likely not intended to keep the player stealthed.

Nope decoy and swap will both interrupt blurred frenzy.

You keep bumping your reported “bug” because you think they are still not fixed,
yet, the skills are working as intended. Same with Mimic BlurredFrenzy and MagicBullet …

If the skills were working as intended then all instant cast skills in the game would function the same. Blink does not interrupt Blurred Frenzy, Phase Retreat does not interrupt Summon Phantasmal Warlock, Mantra charges can be used while channeling another skill. The skills I’ve listed are anomalys.

How does that have anything to do with it? Now you’re just being purposely difficult.

Are you a developer for ANet? Because I’m pointing out inconsistencies in the way their game works and your only counter argument is that everything is intentional.
If Swap ever functioned differently, changing it to its current state was never announced in any patch notes. If you don’t put it in the patch notes, it should be assumed to be a bug or the patch notes are poorly written.
If all instant cast stealth skills are supposed to cancel skills to avoid being revealed, it is a poor design choice. You should not be stuck with training wheels that you cannot take off. If ANet REALLY insists that instant cast skills need to break channeled skills for some misguided reason, the game needs to differentiate between skills that will reveal you and ones that won’t. There’s no reason that Decoy/Torch 4 should interrupt a stomp/heal/phantasm summon/etc.
