Guild Wars 2

Hi,

I’m not sure if I’m posting this on the wrong section of the forum as it is my first time posting. But, when playing my Mesmer who’s lvl 33 right now, I can’t change the feedback skill (default hotkey 9). Could someone explain to me why? Could it be a bug? Or, perhaps I’ve missed some patch notes.

The way as skills are unlocked has changed now. Maybe you weren’t supposed to have that skill at this level yet. (Stupid changes btw)

Edit: yes, based on that list the 3rd utility skill (hotkey 9) is unlocked at lvl 34.

*thinks aloud:* Oh boy, the locking is regressive too? Locking it back when you already had it unlocked just because level "doesn’t fit"? :/
