The Mesmer’s Spatial Surge auto attack on Greatsword is obstructed whenever you try to attack a target in the water. In WvW when an enemy jumps in the lake even at close range the attack does not damage them. Occasionally the attack will hit targets in the water when you shoot it almost straight down at them.
