The second staff skill on the mesmer, Phase Retreat, will sometimes teleport me under the terrain or through walls causing me to get stuck. A fix for this would be much appreciated.

I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem, but it has been the primary cause of death on some occasions.

Yes, I’ve had the problem too. It’s particularly annoying if both you and the enemy survive the fight. You can’t teleport to a waypoint unless you log out because you “cannot teleport while fighting”.

sometimes this skill also turns me facing the other direction from the fight… very odd and annoying all of a sudden everyone disappearing from view.

Has happened to me aswell, but not recently.

Happened to me, got blasted through the terrain just north of Windrock Maze , Plains of Ashford.

Happened pretty often to me. To get un-stuck (because I don’t want to waste silvers on that everytime) I have to use use phase reatreat again or blink, but it’s pretty hard because 90% of the times you are just like, underwater and can’t get un-stuck.
Happened many times, twice in a dungeon too (entrance stairs of AC).

This bug applies to all teleporting skills. (Blink, mesmer staff #2 skill, mesmer sword #3 skill, mesmer #2 downed skill, the thief teleport skill on the bow and the thief downed skill)

That’s what I’ve had it bugged with so far. Usually just using a similiar skill will get you un-stuck.

Note- If you are stuck under the floor and there is water, try to swim for an area that has land, there are enough of such places.
