Hi all, I want to know if the skill “The Prestige” is bugged or not. I mean, if you use the skill and interrupt it before it ends, it recharges in 3.5 seconds giving the possibility to use it again. Is this a bug or it’s wanted?

I’m not sure that being able to use it at a reduced cooldown after you interrupted it is the issue, the issue is more possibly due to the fact that you can effectively apply blind every 4 or so seconds, i myself have tested this and interrupting it does set the cooldown to 3.5 seconds but other channeled abilities have reduced cooldowns when self interrupted.
But the blind spam is rather OP
