Mesmer Trait "Phantasmal Haste"
I tested this trait with utility skills and most weapons and it does not seem to work at all.
I thought they fixed this with the most recent patch.
The Mesmer skill “Phantasmal Haste” doesn’t work on the torch skill phantasm (“Phantasmal Mage”)
