Yes, I discovered this bug for myself.
I have never seen or heard of it so I am very sorry if this has already been posted.

So I was in Tarir once again, not for the loot but for Hero Points. And when I saw bouncing mushrooms I thought: “Maybe I can place a portal on top of them and have fun?” – Everything developed from that thought.

Offtopic: I would throw my rig out the window if it was stuttering like that.

It’s not their rig that is stuttering during gameplay, it’s just the recorded video (probably not enough RAM). Some ppl are either ignorant or arrogant about their finances which allow them to buy high-end hardware.

I’m sorry for the bad video quality. My game is running on stable 60 fps (limited) all the time, even on world bosses which used to kill my old setup. I believe my CPU just can’t handle a badly programmed game (in terms of CPU usage) plus recording with freeware (which might also be badly programmed due to it being free and non-professional).

Yes, it is only the video that is having problems.
