Mesmer skill max range indicator broken

For the “Portal Exeunt” skill the ranged indicator never turns red even if exceeding 5000, very annoying as opposed to other skills here you only have one attempt and it’ll trigger and go on cooldown even if you were too far. This could also be fixed maybe: If the skill is too far, don’t allow it to trigger.
