Mesmer skills not showing post patch
Yes they will be unlocked when you reach higher level (I don’t remember the level cap,
Tested with level 20 scroll and tome for fast leveling )

My f2-f4 skills don’t appear anymore. There aren’t even locked boxes to represent unlockability. There’s just only an f1 skill. Do these require leveling? Haven’t seen an update note about it.
